  • Thanks for the shorties, which are great for learning to listen to normal speaking. A question: is it normal to address a customer as Sr Nuno? I would have thought it should be either Sr Nuno Martins or Sr Martins?

      And yes, using the person’s given name is normal. So, I’d say either Sr. Nuno or Sr. Nuno Martins are the most correct ways of addressing a costumer.
