  • These dialogues are a great length. I’d like to be able to have access to more of them not just as a reward for completing a unit. Keep up the amazing work.

    • Thanks for your support, Warren! I’m very glad to hear you like these shorter dialogues, because we’re about to launch a huge initiative in this direction. Keep an eye on this section: http://www.practiceportuguese.com/shorties/ For now, that link just contains all of these shorter Learning Studio dialogues without needing to unlock them first.

  • In England, addressing somebody as “Young lady” would be seen as being slightly rude or as an admonishment. I take it that it is perfectly acceptable in Portugal?

    • Yes, it’s very common to for older adults to say “jovem”, “menina”, “rapaz”, etc. It doesn’t have the negative connotation of “young lady” in English.

  • Would it be possible to have an audio on the quiz questions and answers? Just to get the pronounciation right. Thank you.

    • Hi Georges, this is definitely something that is on our list for future features. Thanks for your feedback!

    • If you click the “eng” button, it will open the phrase in the Translator pop-up, and from there you can play audio. 🙂

  • Oh, thanks! I always try to understand the sentences in the quiz on my own and haven’t used the “eng” button. Now I’ll use it 🙂

  • Salve mi trovo bene con practice portuguese, pensate in futuro di fare una versione italiano-portoghese sarebbe bello
