Hi, what is the meaing at 01:11 “Podia ser pior.” in this conservation?? It means maybe the down payment is more higher than 15%??
Rute is saying that 15% is high and then when Carlos uses the expression podia ser pior / “it could be worse”, he’s implying “Well, it’s not THAT high. It could be higher”. He’s trying to say that 15% is not that bad because it gets worse. In other words, while it may not be what they were hoping for, there are other homes with even higher rates, so he thinks 15% is okay.
