    • Joel, you give courage to your listeners. How many of us are saying, “He’s not afraid to speak–why should I be?” As I’ve devoured lots of the content on the site (pre-membership) I have been so impressed with how your Portuguese is becoming more and more refined. With all of your help, I’ll hope the same for me.

    • That’s so nice of you to say, Denise! (Great to finally have you on board as a member yesterday too!) Can you believe I’m still terrified whenever we we record new content? But that’s what gets me through it – knowing that it helps people related to the content a bit more, since as learners of Portuguese, we all share many of the same struggles that a native Portuguese speaker might not even consider. So in other words, I constantly make a dork of myself for the greater good! ‍;)
