  • Hey Guys
What a sparkling shortie! I know it’s a shop-window for you all, I wish you much success. Pat (Mulholland)

  • Coming from the States – and I eat much better here in Portugal than I do there – I nonetheless find it curious that adding chickpeas to polvo would be regarded as “gourmet” Portuguese cooking. Then again, the Portuguese would undoubtedly find my sauce of soy and crunchy peanut butter spread over tuna steaks cooked one minute on each side as rather bizarre also. I did have a grammar question somewhere but I got distracted by the chickpeas.
