Olá! While the more literal translation for «dúvida» is “doubt”, “question” is the right translation in this case. As for the expression «por acaso», we need to take into the account the full sentence. «Por acaso tem um minuto?» can be translated to either “Do you happen to have a minute?” or “Do you have a minute, by any chance?”. Sometimes it’s not possible or it doesn’t make sense to translate the phrases more literally; it’s always important to consider the context.
