  • In the first sentence “Há quem diga que alimenta a alma” … I miss a pronoun like “it” for “travelling” 🤔

    And a format Note: If you learn the vocabulary and click on the three dots on the right to change the setting, then you can use short words such as e.g. “viajar” doesn’t read the instructions on the phone because the box with the options opens too far to the left – off the screen.

    • Olá! In Portuguese, there’s no direct correspondence to that neutral “it” pronoun. For the most part, we simply don’t use any pronouns, as in that sentence you mentioned. A couple other examples where no pronoun is used in Portuguese:
      – “Está frio” (“It is cold”)
      – “É verdade” (“It is true”)

      About the format note, indeed, that’s a bug that the team is already working on. Thanks for commenting on it and sorry for the trouble!
