There are some new words and colloquial expressions here. I had to turn on the translate feature to understand it. I got a bit lost towards the end. Please can you always include the vocab list and colloquial expressions list. I feel like I have failed if I have to switch on the translate feature.
I, too, am wondering why some of these podcasts include vocabulary lists and lists of expressions. I know it’s a lot more work for you guys to include those, but it does help us. Thanks!

The child voice is very unnatural and “irritating” to me . Maybe use a real child with a voice not feeling the child should be put in a closet? Apologies but usually I listen with pleasure!!
Thanks for the feedback! This is one of our older episodes when it was just Rui doing most of the voices, so we relied on voice effects to distinguish different characters. Our more recent episodes use different speakers instead. Here are a few Shorties with one of our newest child voices, Madalena. I think you’ll find her voice to be much more pleasant! 🙂

What is the differnce between Jogar and Brincar? I Always see jogar used when we talk about sports, like football for example, eu jogo futebol, so when to use brincar and when to use jogar?
Another point, what should I say when I want to say”I play music”?
‘Brincar’ is for general child’s play or for when you want to say you’re joking. ‘Jogar’ is for specific games and also for sports in general. For some children’s games with specific names, such as hide and seek, both verbs might end up being used. To say you play musical instruments, you’d use the verb ‘tocar’ 🙂
