Obrigada (da Austrália) pelos ‘shorties’. Apesar de viver em Lisboa durante três anos e meio (2013-2016), (e depois de quatro anos na Irlanda) não sabia nada sobre a influência na língua portuguesa das Celtas! Por isso, este ‘shortie’ foi muito interessante para mim.
Can we have more shorties on the placenames of Portugal please. I wondered for ages why so many villages were called Chaos until I found out it means floors or grounds. I think your subscribers would be as fascinated as I am, and it does actually help you to remember words.
