There's no minimum subscription period, and no tricks.

Subscriptions started via our website can be cancelled at any time from your Manage Subscription page.

Subscriptions started via the mobile app can be cancelled at any time in the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

After cancelling, you will still have access for the full billing period.

Out of respect for the learning community, if our platform is not a good fit for you, we want to make cancellation and refunds as simple as possible.

If you sign up for a monthly subscription via our website, and you're not satisfied for any reason, all you have to do is let us know. We will send a refund for your payment and cancel your subscription.

Simply email us or send a message through our contact form and we'll get it taken care of.

Due to high demand, we need to reserve our server resources for our paying subscribers, so we do not currently offer a free trial.

However, our refund policy ensures that if anything doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, we will cancel your subscription and refund your payment, whether it's on day 1 or day 30.

Yes, we have an app for iPhones, Android devices, iPads and other mobile devices, and your subscription works everywhere! We recommend creating your subscription through our website first, as we're unable to provide direct support for subscriptions created through the app stores.

You must be connected to the internet to access the lessons, but you can always download the audio and PDFs for our Podcast episodes or Shorties to practice on the go! We also have a new Listen & Speak feature, which lets you download reviews for offline use.

The Units are designed for beginners (A1/A2) up to intermediate learners (B1/B2).

You'll also find hundreds of audio and video episodes inside the "Practice" section (with transcripts and other Premium features), that span all levels, A1-C1.

Smart Review, the Translator tool, and the Verbs section can also be used at any level, from beginner to advanced.

Beginners: Go to the Units page (under "Learn") and start with the first Unit. Continue working through the Units in order and use Smart Review along the way to practice the most useful vocabulary and phrases!

Everyone else: All of the Units are unlocked from the beginning, so you can skip ahead to the topics that fit your level. You should also start getting lots of listening practice from the "Practice" section as early as you can. (It's OK if you don't understand everything at first – immersion is the goal!)
