    • Olá! Good question. Both are absolutely fine to use here. Usually, the reasons to go for what we call the future perfect tense (e.g. “terá assassinado”) are: 1) to emphasize uncertainty about what’s being said (and this is valid even in this context, where it is already mentioned that this is an estimate), and 2) to add some extra flair or lyricism 🙂
