Can’t wait to try this during my visit to Portugal:) Boa idade uma ricetta
É muito fixe!
I am so grateful for the App on my phone!! Thank you all for helping me learn Portuguese!!!🤗
When we visited last month, we stayed about a half mile from the Pastel de Belem museum and shop. We took lessons on how to make them from a local chef. My husband is the baker. We are looking forward to trying them here.
Where exactly were did you get instruction on the making of pastel de nata?
I’m sorry it took me so long to respond. It was an Airbnb experience in Lisboa. Here is a link to the listing. I hope it works. If it doesn’t, then look for pasteis de Nata baking class with Miguel. He was very good and It was a LOT of fun. I hope you enjoy it!

I posted the link to the Airbnb experience and the PP app kicked it back as duplicated. Probably because I posted a link. So, try this: search on Airbnb for Pasteis de Nata baking class. It was in Lisboa and the guy who offered it was named Miguel.
He was a very good teacher; he managed 8-10 people very well. And everyone enjoyed the “fruits” of their labor afterward. Enjoy!
I was in Lisbon and Madeira this summer and ate way too many. Gosto muito😋

I’ve been practising Portuguese vocabulary with the DROPS App before I registered with you- I feel like a good decision! I will stick to PP!
Slow audio f.i. for “Tu es um…” comes with an ‘sh’, not with an ‘s’ like the audio w/normal speed. I understand that this is because of the missing binding between the words when speaking slowly. When I first listened it I thought of a mistake, it slightly irritaded me.
Wheras in Drops app the just slow down the normal- speed- record not making a separate slow record.
Not sure what I’d prefer.
Bem-vindo de Berlim!
