Yes! She could also have said: “O senhor está com fome?” (está, with the accent! Don’t forget it. Otherwise “esta” means the feminine form of “this”)

Shouldn’t Carla say “não incomode” to be formal?
“Não incomode” would be the imperative form, if Carla was telling Sr. Esteves not to disturb her. In fact, she is saying that he doesn’t disturb. So it’s like saying “You don’t disturb” being a formal you: “O Sr. Esteves não incomoda.”. The informal way would be “Tu não incomodas”.
