Just a word to let you know how much your podcasts helped me during my trip to Portugal last month. The touch screen ticket dispensers in the metro were new to me, but a very kind employee came out of her office and walked me through the steps. My moment of glory came…when I was able to show a little old lady who was just as perplexed by the machines as I had been how to buy a ticket. She was so appreciative!
